Liz completed her 200 hr Kripalu Yoga Teacher's Training in March '09. The photo above is of her and her class after they had completed the month long intensive. Kripalu yoga means compassion and is truly a unique form of meditation in motion. Integrating Hatha yoga with your body's authentic expression ( also known as Kundalini Yoga). Kundalini is life force energy that starts at the base of the spine and works its way up to the top of your crown where it then flows up and down your spine- creating energy and passion for your life. In private as well as group sessions/ workshops Liz incorporates breathe work and yoga to support you in your healing and vocal activation process.

About Liz Love 

Liz was born into a family who studied Kundalini Yoga and practiced meditation on a daily basis. Her parents are completely committed to personal growth and are a constant inspiration to her. Her sister Emily has also been a mentor throughout the years and Liz is so grateful for the constant dance that Emily inspires in Liz's life ( www.circustribal.com)!

After many years of growing and learning, rebelling and expressing, Love finally realized that being a songstress is her purpose. In addition to using her voice as a chanel to heal, she hopes to help inspire others to sing in their bodies in their minds and in their hearts.

For Liz, influences of all kinds have played a part in who she is. Music is a huge influence for her every day joy, and inspiration and she loves to write songs and poetry to express her own passion. 

Holisitic Learning Center in New Jersey has also played a part in her coaching career and is officially certified in Spiritual Life Coachinig. That experience was absolutely incredible, and she continues to learn so much about herself along the way. She has also studied sound healing at the Tama Do academy and is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner.

Love's greatest passion in life is to be a channel of healing and love through her song and to continually stay connected to the Angelic realm. The Angels play a huge part in Love's life to help her stay focused and clear for her clients and for herself. As she allows the Angels to guide her in her songs and healing, she deepens and opens and invites you to do the same.
